Agile Business Consortium launches AgilePM3 – the future of Agile Project Management

The Agile Business Consortium is excited to announce the release of AgilePM3, the latest evolution in agile project management. This new version is designed to meet the growing needs and challenges of project managers, providing practical solutions that focus on delivering real value.

Are you a project professional feeling overwhelmed by complex tasks, unproductive meetings, endless bureaucracy, and the challenge of delivering real value? Agile Project Management Version 3 (AgilePM3) is here to help. The world’s leading approach for managing projects in an agile way, just got better.

By popular demand, AgilePM3 has been developed with input from project professionals, trainers and industry experts to ensure it addresses the common pain points faced in today’s fast-paced business environment. Whether it’s managing complex work, dealing with unproductive meetings, or navigating through endless bureaucracy, AgilePM3 offers simple, clear, and actionable solutions.

What’s New in AgilePM3?

Focus on Real Value. AgilePM3 shifts the focus from just delivering products to delivering real value. It seamlessly integrates Scrum – globally, the most widely used agile approach to product delivery – with agility in project management to ensure that every project not only meets its delivery goals but also brings sustainable benefit to the organisation, its customers and its stakeholders.

Enhance Guidance. Whether managing a single team or multiple teams, with or without IT development, AgilePM3 provides enhanced guidance to make project-wide collaboration smooth and productive. Leveraging team creativity builds more valuable solutions efficiently, enhancing the business case for any project.

Scale to Multi-Team Projects. Coordinate large projects with ease, assisted by new multi-team planning and coordination events, focusing on agile leadership to empower agile teams and other project participants to perform at their best.

Experience Practical Learning. The introduction of interactive simulations in the practitioner course bridges the gap between theory and real-world competence. These simulations provide hands-on experience, making learning engaging and effective.

Enhance Career Prospects. Stand out in your career by enhancing your CV and social media profiles with digital credentials from the professional body for business agility, blending trusted agile practices with cutting-edge project-based agile leadership.

Andrew Craddock, Product Architect at the Agile Business Consortium, said: “AgilePM3 is a significant step forward in agile project management. It brings together the best practices and new insights to help project managers tackle their biggest challenges and deliver meaningful results.”

Richard Campbell, Product Lead at the Agile Business Consortium, added: “This new version is also about practical application. It’s not just about learning agile principles but about applying them in ways that make a real difference.”

Isaac Oladipupo, Product Marketer at the Agile Business Consortium, said, “The official public launch will take place on Wednesday, 24 July 2024, at 11 AM BST at the Manchester Conference Centre, ahead of the Agile2024 European Experience conference.
