Yoshi Soornack

As an experienced coach I blend deep scientific thinking with real-world application, helping project professionals navigate and harness the growing force of artificial intelligence. I have a background in cognitive neuroscientist and as an Associate Director in AI at Gleeds, I focus on building intelligence into the fabric of project delivery.

My career has spanned both research and industry and my work has helped shape the national conversation on data-driven delivery as well as leading the UK’s Project Data Analytics Community.

I co-host Project Flux, a podcast and newsletter exploring how AI is reshaping industries – from construction to science – and what it means for those building the future. My perspective is systems-led, human-centred, and rooted in curiosity. Together with my coaching groups, I challenge assumptions while offering grounded, practical ways to engage and understand AI.
