ISS Polska, a provider of facility management services, announced organizational changes within its Technical Services and Capital Projects department to support its ambitious growth strategy. Effective July 1, 2024, Łukasz Żbikowski and Grzegorz Szeląg have assumed new leadership roles.
Łukasz Żbikowski has been promoted to PM Director, where he will oversee the consolidated Capital Projects operating team. His responsibilities will include the execution of projects under the ‘design & build & maintain’ model and providing essential technical support.
Grzegorz Szeląg has been appointed PMO & Design Director. In this role, he will focus on designing optimal work environments, developing innovative investment project products, and driving improvements in quality and cost efficiency.
