The webinar will begin with an explanation of what an 'inclusive' workplace looks like, with a particular focus on 'disability' (including neurodiversity and other types of 'disability').
We will then go on to a discussion of 'reasonable adjustments', their legal requirement and what they might look like in different workplaces. There will be opportunity to hear about how we can all promote inclusivity, and what that might look like for line managers. The approach throughout will be on the positive opportunities that inclusive workplaces create for everyone and the benefits of this to organisations.
