Wynn Resorts Makes Significant Progress on Al Marjan Island Project

Wynn Resorts has announced significant progress in the construction of its highly anticipated integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in the stunning Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The $3.9 billion project is currently 55% complete in terms of structural concrete, with the main tower structure reaching the 26th floor. The resort is on track to reach its topping-off milestone in December 2025, with construction crews completing one floor per week.

Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer a luxurious experience, with 1,542 guest rooms, 22 dining establishments, a 15,000-square-meter luxury shopping promenade, a world-class nightclub, a five-star spa, a beach club, multiple swimming pools, and a 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center.

The project is being developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, with Wynn Design and Development overseeing the design and architectural aspects. The resort is scheduled to open its doors in early 2027, adding a new dimension to the UAE’s thriving tourism and entertainment landscape.

Wynn Resorts continues to make significant strides in its global expansion strategy, as evidenced by the recent 9.9% stake acquisition by Tilman Fertitta. This strategic move positions the company for future growth and innovation.
